- Condition of Products: We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Products must be in the same condition as when received.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within [30 days] of the delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.
- Refund Process
- Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at “Contact Us” with your order number and reason for the return.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed & credited within [5-7 business days] after the return is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
